City's, County's and state's are known to pass laws which are in violation of Scotus Rulings and will continue to enforce those laws until they are challenged in court either through civil suits or criminal courts. Here we will list pertinent rulings which will help in court.
Burden Of Proof
In court one party or the other will have the burden of proof. Almost always its the party which is bringing the suit and or case before the court seeking a remedy.
In a civil court dealing with civil rights the burden is on the individual. In a criminal and or statue violation the burden, when a motion to quash is filed is not on the Government to prove they have not violated your rights.
As you an see its much easier to win a criminal case when your rights are violated.
